The inspiration for the TULIP chair comes from the elegant and dignified tulip flower, which are widely loved for their rich colors and meanings symbolizing victory and beauty.  The designer extracted the morphological characteristics of the tulip: the gradual tapering from top to bottom, with each petal enveloping another, and the curved growth pattern at the base of the petals.  These elements are applied into the chair's backrest, armrests, and seat.  The design of the upper part of the chair is full, rounded and fluffy, resembling the head of a petal, delicately presenting the texture and vivid three-dimensional sense of petals.  At the transition points, the seat gradually narrow towards the base, showing the form of a tulip’s tip.  Overall, the design is both rounded and dynamically full, capturing the essence of the tulip in its entirety.
