Before-sale
  • Consulting service: Customer are offered efficient services in different local showrooms halls and by the affiliated agencies of U-TEAM. Before buying a product, customers can get a full understanding of product features, usage and market feedback so as to make a correct judgment.
  • Space design and optimization: With the aim of comprehensively improving the quality of the office environment, we are committed to making an integrated design of office elements such as office furniture, carpets, lighting and high partitions to provide customers with a professional solution for overall office layout.
  • High-quality product experience: U-TEAM has introduced well-chosen European brands, distinctive ones in line with the Chinese market demand, design ideas, brand-name products and materials, advanced equipment and machining technologies into China to provide Chinese customers with excellent product experience.
  • In-sale
  • Professional transport and installation: We strictly follow the ISO9001 and 14001 standards.  During sales, the technical personnel of U-TEAM tracks closely project progress and does the coordination work to ensure the correctness of product transport and installation.  After installation, U-TEAM is responsible for debugging the product to ensure its normal use.

  • Extended warranty: In case of product failure, we will try our best to repair repairable parts, which will come with a warranty period from the date of maintenance;
